“We are not here to be replaced by AI,” he told his fellow graduates. “We are here to become creators, innovators, and leaders in the AI-powered economy.”

Time, Money, Quality: The Framework That Drives Results
Our founder, Fii Stephen shared exactly how to measure whether AI is actually working for you. Calculate your ROI using three metrics: time, money, and quality.
Then focus on productivity for the next 90 days. Use the triage method to categorize every task:
- What can be automated completely?
- What can be augmented with AI?
- What requires full human attention?
Stop trying to do everything. Start doing the right things faster and better.

Four Weeks, Four Transformations
Week 2 was all about making money with AI. Digital products. Branding strategies. Website building. Marketing that actually works.
By Valentine’s Day, they were learning how to build and monetize AI products. Not theory. Actual frameworks they could apply immediately.
Week 3 focused on the most valuable AI skills you can have. The sessions were so actionable that Peculiar Treasure, who already knew AI before joining, admitted she learned something new that made everything click differently.
Week 4 gave them frameworks to integrate AI into their actual work. Not tips. Not hacks. Frameworks that scale across industries and roles.
That kind of practical, applicable learning is exactly what makes the Academy different. And in Cohort 5, that difference reached places it had never reached before.
From Nigeria to South Sudan
One of Cohort 5’s students joined from South Sudan. For the first time in the Academy’s history, someone from that country decided AI skills were too important to wait for, too valuable to ignore.
That student sat in the same virtual classroom as business owners from Lagos, professionals from Ghana, and freelancers from the United States. They learned the same frameworks, completed the same activities, and built the same capabilities.
