Biography
Emmanuel Adeifa is visionary leader dedicated to nurturing young leaders and driving positive change. As a Leadership Mentor, I empower young individuals to discover their innate leadership qualities and reach their full potential. With extensive experience as a writer, student leader, motivational speaker, and national transformation advocate, I have authored four influential books: "The Making of Leaders", "There Is More!", "The Unlimited You" and "The Fort Annuals 2024 edition".

As a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Ibadan, I bring a unique perspective to leadership, leveraging my technical background to drive innovative solutions and sustainable development.
I currently serve as the Program Manager of the Leadership Development Courses at The Fort Institute, where I share my expertise and inspire future leaders. In addition, as a thrive as a Personal Assistant to a Career Professional, leveraging my expertise in contributing to corporate advancement. I am also the driving force behind the annual The Becoming Conference, equipping young individuals with practical frameworks to unlock their potential and achieve remarkable results.
