Summary

We process refund requests within 7 days of enrollment. A ₦10,000 administrative fee is deducted from all approved refunds. Refunds are not available after the first 7 days or after accessing more than 20% of the course content.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date, provided that:

You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
You have not received or downloaded any certificates.
You have not participated in live cohort sessions beyond the first orientation session.

2. Administrative Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a ₦10,000 administrative fee to cover payment processing, platform access costs, and administrative work. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from the refund amount before it is returned to you.

Example: If you paid ₦65,000 and are eligible for a refund, you will receive ₦55,000 (₦65,000 − ₦10,000 administrative fee).

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Send an email to info@ailiteracyacademy.org with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]".
Include your enrolled email address, the cohort name, and a brief reason for the request.
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (where possible) or bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:

The refund request is made after 7 days from the enrollment date.
More than 20% of course content has been accessed.
A certificate of completion has been issued.
The cohort session has passed the halfway point.
Enrollment was made under a discounted, scholarship, or promotional offer.

5. Installment Plans

For students on installment payment plans: if a refund is approved, only amounts already paid will be considered. No future installment obligations will be waived retroactively. The ₦10,000 administrative fee still applies.
